MATTHEW COLLEDGE

Matthew Colledge has recently completed 10 years of senior political leadership roles within Greater Manchester Authorities. Having been Leader of Trafford Council for five years, Vice Chairman of Greater Manchester Combined Authority and Chairman of TfGM’s predecessor Greater Manchester Integrated Transport Authority, Matthew has gained a unique understanding of how to navigate the complexities of the public sector world both at local and national government levels.

He has also stood on various policy groups and recently, at the Secretary of State’s request, joined the HS2 Growth Task Force which has made recommendations to Parliament.

Having played key roles in major regeneration, transport, health and social care scheme’s Matthew’s focus is to ensure that Sherbourne helps companies navigate the complex architecture of the public sector to ensure their products are the solutions to problems that councils seek.
